Eggs

***After having received a higher-than-normal blood cholesterol reading last year, I decided to test if eggs were responsible for the raised levels. I ate an average of two eggs per day for approximately two weeks leading up to a bloodwork appointment. My levels had gone done precipitously even having eaten all those eggs. My conclusion is that eggs are a very healthy part of my diet and I will continue to utilize and enjoy them as often as I see fit.
